This year has definitely been a rollercoaster. I've had lots of ups and downs. Probably the most easiest class was history. The fact that my history teacher made it easy for everyone, all the work was simple. The hardest assignment in that class would have to be creating response to literature essays. I was not big fan of those, but it did help me learn a lot.
The most difficult class would either have to be science or computers. I never maintained at least an A-. Each quarter it would always start off easy but then it ends up pretty bad. Most of the assignments were quite challenging and took forever to finish, but I have to admit I learned lots of new things, that will help me in the future.

After learning lots of great facts about the Middle Ages, its the best thing I have veer done Cornell Notes on. I loved possibly everything about it, especially when my CORE class and we spent days learning about Joan of Arc and the Black Death.
At first I didn't know who was Joan of Arc. I thought she was just a regular, peasant girl that prayed everyday. But she actually was in the French army leading the country! I didn't know a girl can do such a thing, but actually she was chosen by God!

I learned lots of great, new facts about Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. They are both important people during the Renaissance, but I think I'd rather meet Leonardo da Vinci in person than Michelangelo.
This is my opinion, because Leonardo da Vinci was the greatest Renaissance man. He just wasn't an artist, he was also an architect, musician, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographerbotanist, and writer. Wow, how amazing is that?! I don't know how he kept up with everything. His art work was also very fascinating. You can tell the meaning and texture in each of his art work. I would love to see him in person working on a project.

So Spring Break is in two week and this is my first time being very excited to have a week off from school. After all the stress and procrastination, this week is going to help me get back on track for fourth quarter, the last months of seventh grade.
What I definitely want to do is go to the beach. It can be either Pismo, Venice, Long Beach, etc. I love going to the beach because of the weather, the delicious food, and it's the best place to play volleyball. I also want to go to a water park. I go to Wild Waters each year, and its been amazingly fun. The best ride I'd ever been on at Wild Waters was called the Black Hole. You have to try it to know the feeling. The zoo is another great place to go to during spring break. The weather is prefect and seeing animals is very fun and amusing. I love looking at the sting rays and being able to feed them.
What I really don't want to do during spring break is staying home and doing homework. I think the definition of spring break is a week of fun and not doing any school work. But I know some of my teachers are going to throw in some worksheets to make sure our brains are still refreshed with all the knowledge we've been learning.

It has been three days after my fiance has passed away. My father, the king of France, lectures me of how much time I have to get a new one. I don't want a new one. My fiance, Bess, which is now is ashes. She passed away for heart failure. I loved her so much. I miss her soft, lovely, golden hair. How can I replace her from any woman? My father needs to realize I can't remarry someone.
A week later, I have woken up to my father talking to his people. I realized he is making an alliance for me to marry one of his ally's children. I don't even know what the girls look like. She can be shaped like a apple with nappy hair, I shall say. But what can I say to my father, the king of France? I can't let him down. I take a step outside, and everyone is cheering for me. My father looks very happy with his grin, and I don't want to take that away from him. All I hear the ladies say is, "Marry me! Marry me!".
The next day my father says the girl I shall be married to will come to the village to meet and greet. I am quite nervous actually, and I don't know why. My father said, "She's quite beautiful you know." I don't think I should believe the truth or his lie. But it shall be a mystery.

It's has been a long day. The fact that my mother has past away and Aycliffe is claiming I'm a wolf's head. I don't know what to do, I have nobody. My life is a disaster. I don't even know what I am named of. Supposably my name is Crispin. What kind of name is that?
It's the next day and it's dawn I am starving. The last thing I have eaten was a little piece of bread. It didn't even fill twenty five percent of my stomach. As I am trying to keep my self hidden, Father Crunel comes.

For 2012's winter vacation, it is something I can't wait for because I am going to Laos. This is my very first time going on an air plane, and I am pretty scared. It is going to take three flights: Fresno, CA to Los Angeles, CA; Los Angeles to Bangkok, Thailand; and from Bangkok to Vientiane, Laos. I am very anxious to see all my relatives that I have never seen . Plus I can't wait to taste their delicious food.
The way I found out was one of the most random ways you can tell anyone that you are going on a amazing trip. When it was time to do my homework, my dad had slipped all of my plane tickets in my laptop. So when I opened my laptop, I was very shocked to see six plane tickets with my name on it. I was very happy that day, especially when I saw the places I was going to be traveling to.
Well the first things I am going to do at Laos is eat all I can, take so many pictures, and see all my relatives. I want every little minute to be the best because many people don't have the chance to go on trips like this so I am very thankful for it.
As you can see you know a tad bit about what I am going to be doing this winter vacation. I am very anxious to start exploring Laos for three weeks. I can't wait to take so many pictures, eat the delicious, amazing food, and meet lots of relatives that i didn't know I even had.

In West Africa, they have people storytellers. Those storytellers are called griots and they serve as the living memory for an indivisual, village, or clan. There stories were about history, music, poetry, dance, and drama to capture these memories and then entertain their audiences. Mansa Musa even brought griots on an hajj so they can be oral historians.
To be a griot, it takes lots of time and it's actually very hard to study. If I was a griot, I think I'd like being one because I love history and poetry. And

Its mid-Fall in China and it's already freezing cold. I look at my hands to see if they can still move. My hands are so cold, I can barely twitch them. I look around me and all I see is the dead, yellow on the field, full of people pulling strong weeds. I wonder when all the fighting between Japan and China is going to end. All of this happened because of Empress Wu.
In the late 1190s, a lady named Empress Wu, put China in terror. If you didn't something wrong you were dead. One afternoon, she sliced someone's

The Chinese people made lots of achievements that everyone in the world uses now. But today I am going to talk about my favorite two that I think is the best. In my opinion, I think gun powder and paper money are the best achievements that the Chinese had created.
I think gun powder is one of the best because we probably use gun powder everyday. Throughout the whole world, people use gun powder. If gun powder didn't exist we wouldn't have guns for our armies so they can defend our country. My second favorite is the paper money. Paper money helped Earth a whole lots because it made our lives very easier to buy stuff. Now we don't have to carry lots of items or heavy coins to purchase valuable things. Now a days we just give the cashier paper money and then we're good to go.
As you can see, in my opinion I think that gun powder and paper money were the best achievements that the Chinese have made out of lots of them. Those to things help Earth a whole lot because gun powder helped make guns so our armies can defend their country and paper money made shopping much easier instead of giving the cashier lots of heavy coins.
